Due to the rising success of the business, we require additional help taking bookings from clients.
WHO DO WE SEARCH
A reliable and trustworthy person with great communication and interpersonal skills. Must be well spoken, warm and caring.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Understanding upscale companionship agency branding and philosophy and educate clients and models on it. (its NOT a typical agency with dashing girls, drivers, intoxicated clients etc. We are closer to a high end concierge company)
2. Excellent communication skills. Receptionist must be well mannered and well spoken.
3. Native English speakers or speakers with a neutral accent
4. Female only.
5. Quiet environment without background noise
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Answer the phone and use an online chat to:
1.1 provide information to the callers and models
1.2 Politely educate both callers and model on agency philosophy and benefits
1.3 Follow the strict booking protocol.
2. Register/log bookings and membership daily, make notes that helps customer service improvement
3. Report weekly
We are looking for someone who will be able to cover 8-16 hour shifts.
PAYMENT
Pay will begin at minimum wage, with excellent commission for every successful booking facilitated by you. If you wish to pursue a deeper level of involvement with the agency - We are open to the possibility.
